Randy is Leamington born and raised. He’s spent the last 15+ years working for locally owned and operated companies, most recently Security ONE Alarm Systems as the Leamington area Security Consultant. Randy is a proud father of one, Amelia. Randy looks forwarding to service the community with the Chamber to help existing business grow and attract new businesses to the area.
Diane joined the Leamington Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors to further support local businesses through advocacy and collaboration. She enjoys helping with the planning of the events the Chamber offers and regularly attends these events as she feels the connections made are very important.
Aaron studied biology and chemistry and graduated with his Honors BSc. at Wilfrid Laurier University before completing his MSc. in Biochemistry and Microbiology at WLU.
Carolyn was born and raised in Leamington. She attended the University of Guelph and the University of Windsor to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree. Carolyn is also a Certified Association Executive® (CAE) through the Canadian Society of Association Executives. She has volunteered for a variety of local non-profit organizations and provincial associations. She has been the Executive Director at South Essex Community Council since 2008 and has worked in the not-for-profit sector for 34 years.
Joe Sbrocchi has spent some 40 years in a multitude of roles, almost all of which have been centric to the growing, packing and selling of fresh wholesome food. His experience spans large corporations (Sobeys, and Walmart), and the smaller companies that supplied them. Additionally, his 5+ years at the association representing Greenhouse growers is remembered for how he provided leadership through the Covid pandemic. He currently sits on the Pure Flavor Farms Executive assisting with the continued pace of growth, utilizing his experience building strong teams. and taking organizations to the next levels of evolution.
Adrienne is a Banking Advisor at Libro Credit Union with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to support their personal and business financial needs. Adrienne is passionate about building strong relationships within the community and believes in the importance of volunteering and giving back. She is committed to helping members grow and achieve their financial goals through personalized guidance and a community-first approach.
Israel Morales a passionate Mexican restaurant owner, who brings the vibrant flavors of his heritage to life through his family . Born and raised in Tabasco,Cancun I grew up surrounded by rich culinary traditions and recipes passed down through generations. After moving to Canada , I combined my entrepreneurial spirit with my love for authentic cuisine, opening my restaurant in 2020 Cancunsito Known for his warm hospitality and dedication to quality, has built a loyal following client’s His menu highlights regional dishes made with fresh, local ingredients, creating a genuine taste of Mexico in every bite.
Melissa has been serving seniors for 30 years! She has a strong belief in Family, Seniors Advocacy and Community Support. Her famous line is “It takes a TEAM to build a Village.” She worked her way up at Rosewood Erie Glen into a Leadership Position (Life Enrichment Marketing Manager) and continues to thrive. Melissa loves spending time with her family at their cottage. Current Chair of the Leamington Seniors Advisory Committee.

Catherine (Valle) Taylor, RN, BMSc, BScN, MSc, is a dedicated healthcare professional and community leader based in Leamington, Ontario. She is a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario currently working as Clinical Practice Manager at Erie Shores HealthCare, and holds a Master of Science from Queen’s University. She brings extensive experience in leadership, advocacy, research, and quality improvement. Catherine is passionate about advancing evidence-based care and has led initiatives at Erie Shores HealthCare that strengthen patient safety, system efficiency, nurse empowerment, and overall community well-being.
Connor was born and raised in Harrow and has been involved in the greater Essex County communities through education, employment, athletics, and volunteering. He attended the University of Windsor for both undergrad and law school and is currently an Lawyer at Cohen Highley LLP. He is eager to work with the Chamber to help grow local businesses and strengthen the community.
Sean was born and raised in LaSalle. He graduated from the University of Windsor with an Honors degree in Physics and High Technology and later completed his MBA from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. He started his career with Enbridge Gas in 2007 and has held various roles in Operations, Safety and Governance.
Sean resides in Lakeshore with his wife and 3 boys. He is very involved in his community, holding various volunteer positions with local hockey and baseball associations.

Derek Bilokraly is the Principal of Bilokraly Financial, where he works with businesses across Leamington and Windsor-Essex to design and manage employee benefit and retirement programs.
