As we begin another exciting year, I’m honoured to continue serving as President of the Leamington District Chamber of Commerce.
To our returning Directors—thank you for your continued dedication. To our new Directors—welcome! I’m privileged to work alongside such a thoughtful and committed group. Your insights and energy will help guide the Chamber’s direction as we evolve to meet the needs of our members.
Looking ahead, the Chamber remains focused on what we do best: connecting people, supporting local businesses, and being a strong voice for our members. We will continue creating value through networking events, educational workshops, and by advocating for the issues that matter most to our community.
We recognize how important it is for members to have a voice at the table. That’s why we continue to build strong relationships with municipal leaders, provincial and federal representatives, and our partners at Caldwell First Nation. Advocacy is a cornerstone of what we do—but it starts with listening. Your stories, concerns, and successes shape the conversations we have on your behalf. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to listen.
In 2024, the Board identified the need to develop a new five-year strategic plan. With the guidance of Todd Letts Consulting, we invested significant time and thought into crafting a plan that reflects the priorities of our members and our community. Many of you contributed valuable input to help shape the future direction of your Chamber. I look forward to working with our staff, directors, and members to implement this plan and build a vibrant, resilient business environment.
Together, we will continue to navigate economic shifts, embrace new opportunities, and remain committed to a strong economic future for Leamington and the surrounding region.
In closing, thank you to all our members. Whether you’ve been with us for years or are new to the Chamber, your engagement and support are what make this organization strong. You are the heart of the Chamber, and we are proud to represent you.
