Leamington District Chamber Celebrates Business Excellence and 90 Years of Chamber History
LEAMINGTON, ON – The Leamington District Chamber of Commerce celebrated the very best of our local business community Wednesday evening at the 2026 Business Excellence Awards at the Roma Club.
This year’s celebration was especially meaningful as the Chamber marks its 90th anniversary and 32 years of recognizing excellence through the Business Excellence Awards.
While award recipients took home the hardware, the evening was truly about celebrating all of this year’s finalists and the businesses, organizations and individuals who continue to make a difference in our community.
“Being named a finalist is an accomplishment in itself,” said Wendy Parsons, General Manager of the Leamington District Chamber of Commerce. “We have so many incredible businesses and individuals doing great things across our region. Whether they went home with an award or not, every finalist deserved to be recognized and celebrated.”

The evening also included several special recognitions. The Erie Shores Hospice received the Libro Directors Choice Award, while Colasanti’s Tropical Gardens was honoured with the one-time 90th Anniversary Legacy Award, recognizing its longstanding contribution to our community.
The 32nd Alf Bennie Award was also presented as part of the evening’s celebration, congratulations to Mark Ribble!
“This is what the Chamber is all about – bringing people together and celebrating the businesses and people who help our community thrive,” Parsons said. “As we celebrate 90 years, we’re incredibly proud of where we’ve come from and even more excited about what’s ahead.”
